One of my favorite things (and perks of my job), is to discover and share brands/companies with you all. It brings me joy to introduce you to things I find, so I’ll be shining a spotlight on them here. For the most part, these are things I discover in the wild, but sometimes there might be brands who have sent me PR items. Either way, you’ll know.
A forever fav of mine. Jessica Matrasko Jewelry. AKA JessicaMRocks. I’ve been a devoted customer, and friend of Jessica for years and couldn’t think of a better brand to feature first. The whole collection is effortlessly cool, boho chic, quintessential California. The collection is handmade in Los Angeles, with globally sourced, high quality 14k gold filled materials and ethically sourced minerals and incredibly well priced.
A Little Herstory:
As a girl, Jessica would spend hours playing in her mom’s jewelry box, piling on necklaces and creating outfits for herself and Barbies with old sewing scraps (born designer). After her mom’s passing in 2005, Jessica found healing creating jewelry using JoAnn’s gemstone collection and bohemian style as her original inspiration. After being constantly stopped while wearing her creations around town, she started selling pieces to friends and acquaintances. A year later, JessicaMRocks was born!
